"The Cloud"

We are moving more and more of the non-essential data files into "The Cloud".  What this means is simply that non-essential data files (help files for example) now reside on our server.  The offers the advantage that any file update or even a new help file is instantly available to you.

However, with all things in life there are two sides to every coin.  The disadvantage of course is that if your Internet connection is down, then you don't have access to those files.  For that reason, we are carefully reviewing each file prior to moving it to the cloud.

Internet connections do go down and we want the program to continue to function even should your Internet connection be down.  For that very reason we will continue reviewing each file prior to uploading it to the cloud.

Expanded Help

We are working hard to expand the help system.  We have greatly expanded the text help system, and we will continue to expand it.  We are also working on a video help system that will allow you to see exactly how to do something in a video less than 1 minute long.

We are constantly listening to you in an effort to expand Nicole to better fit your needs and to make using Nicole more natural.

As always please email us your ideas, suggestions and thoughts

New Feature

We are working hard to expand Nicole.  We are working on a new feature that will allow you easier voice control of your computer, even when Nicole is not running.  Of course controlling your computer isn't the only part of this great new feature.  You can still ask questions and get answers.

Don't worry if you have already downloaded Nicole.  As always when the program starts, if there are any new features the program ask if you want to update (free of charge).

We are also working to create a video help system.  Each video will be short (less than 1 minute) and will demonstrate how to setup options, use advance features, etc.

Your feedback is critical for us. It's your feedback that drives new features.  So please let us know your ideas, suggestions and thoughts!
